Yes, for expanded patients, 700mg I have felt also. I'm not sure if that has been confirmed, but that makes the most sense.

Also, I'm not sure if having multiple tnbc patients on 700mg would change the naive trial at 350mg. At some point it becomes obvious that 700mg is safe possibly before they are allowed to move the dose up in the naive trial.
