4m was just a first (probably bad) guess. I overestimated the costs of TNBC and GvHD; trding is correct (as almost always

Regarding mono: as I understood it from past interviews, patients are already kicking at open doors and eager to participate, so that enrollment will come relatively fast IMO. Anyway, I would hate it if there would be a significant delay in mono (but that might be necessary until the financial picture is clearer, as trding suggested)...
