You are likely correct, but BTD for PReP without data sounds good and is what SH want to hear. Should have got BTD for combo instead long ago, but alas.

Mono is simply on hold because no $$$ and FDA is still so dumb-folded by a medicine with no SAE that they can't decide between 525 and 700mg apparently, although it's clear that receptor occupancy test should decide the individual dose and 70üng hasn't shown any problems.
