Just an FYI, there isn’t an answer to #1. He mentioned before that he couldn’t say much more about the licensing deal because of legalities, including what is the final piece to make the deal final. We have speculated that it may be which dose the FDA wants or submission of the BLA.
So, IMO, it wouldn’t be “telling” at all if he avoided the question because he literally can’t tell us the answer. That’s why he uses soon.
