Regarding the NGIO share count...
I don’t have all the numbers handy, but I remember Joe throwing out the approximate share % they gave to GNBT shareholders. I extrapolated that at the time and came up w a rough target share count of 100MM based on that info.
As far as taking the “hundreds of millions” and trying to come up w a share price for NGIO, I’m afraid that is probably a fool’s errand. We just don’t have the info to put that together.
