Doc and board, do you think there might be a bit of miscommunication regarding the word "up-listing"? For GNBT, which is listed, up-listing would indicate going from the OTC to the NAS. For NGIO, which is not listed, up-listing MIGHT mean being listed on OTC so it can trade. So Todd's comments might mean that NGIO will trade on OTC before GNBT is uplisted to NAS.
I just can't see NGIO going to NAS before GNBT does, since NGIO is mostly owned by GNBT.
BTW, does anybody know the number of NGIO shares that will be placed in the shell company? I know there was speculation, but has a real number ever been identified? Just curious about $300 million valuation - if there are 50 million shares, we're looking at $6/share. If there are 100 million, then we're looking at $3. Of course, since $300 million is just speculation at this point, I guess this is all pretty meaningless - but that doesn't stop me from bringing it up! lol
