What is unclear and the two of you are reading differently is “...of this company.” Is the company NGIO or GNBT. We will have more clarity with another PR or the call because it is unclear which company that prepositional phrase relates to. I am 75% inclined to think it is dividend for NGIO shares to holders of GNBT, so I take hylander’s side, but IMO.
