Not the way I read it.
He stated "Newly paid 1:1 dividend"
Then "Our new spin out to the public of NGIO"
And Then "the new proposed dividend to Generex shareholders of the company". This followed the spin out of NGIO, but did not specifically say NGIO, but it would make sense.
