Looks like one dividend to GNBT shareholder on GNBT. It was supposed to be paid on 10/29. Looks like he is clarifying that it is paid now, but it still goes out on 11/29.
Then there is another dividend to GNBT shareholders for NGIO that is new on that company. But we just don't know the ratio.
He wrote about the 1:1 dividend
He wrote about the spinout of NGIO
He wrote about the new proposed dividend to Generex shareholders of the new NGIO company.
That is how I took it.
