Joe has stated the app remains open [forever I understand] even if we did not qualify once the NAZ reviews. So it will always "be in process" as GNBT will be providing new information as it becomes available.
Why not say: We completed our audited annual report, GNBT and Donohoe agree the report confirms the NAZ's criteria for up-listing based on ...., subsequently Donohoe submitted the report to NAZ on 11/12/19.
