Yes, Joe said as much last call that the divi would not be delayed again. The SP after divi depends on which shares get it for which we have text: “float”, but no actual share count since it is unclear at least to me which shares are considered float and which are not. Frankly, it’s irrelevant when the divi happens in relation to other more important SP drivers.
