There is the possibility that the deal won't happen and
the strategy now is to do small raises until the stock (hopefully) rises on cancer/NASH press releases, then issue a lot of stock when it hits higher prices. Nader has basically said in comments over the last few months that he expects large raises when the SP rises. Off course there is the obvious hope that the results could entice a partner in some way for those indications as well.
The situation seems to be still very fluid, as it has been for quite some time.
