NP announced a non-biding agreement at the shareholders meeting but did not mention upfront payment, after a 6-week period, it said small upfront payment. It is my opinion that the NP is delaying the agreement because it wants to get more upfront payment that CYDY can close the financial structure. It kind of coincides with the thinking of tony57 @ who said this was a great deal for a potential partner. NP has been able to get a small upfront payment in these 6 weeks but obviously he wants to get a little more and I hope he can. With a agreement reached and a completed BLA by the end of the year, then we can borrow money from big banks and go uplisting.
