Nader is a very busy person (more now when a lot is going on). I am sure he did not mean disrespect ..
I wrote to him on Friday November 1 @ 4:54 PM Eastern Time and got an answer from him the same day at 8:17 PM. I appreciated it as one must understand that he must receive 100's of e-mails (most of them asking for something) and he cannot answer everybody every time.
His answer was courteous but firm (I was inquiring about an insight into the delay). He answered more or less what he put in the public letter with slightly different wording and therefore I can asure you that the published letter is real.
In part of the mail he said: "anyone questioning a few extra weeks to make sure we get the best deal for our shareholders’ is just not reasonable to me (with all due respect to you).".
I agree with this and I am rooting for him to finalize the deal.
