I have emailed many OTC CEOs, none of them answer 100% of emails. NP is on the high end of the response rate. But I have found if the email is unique it helps, meaning if he has 50 people emailing with similar comments, he isn’t going to answer them all.

Here is a screenshot showing the email came from NP, if that helps. Also, it takes a little while to get on his list, he just updated it a month ago because I have been emailing him sporadically for years, but was just put on last month.
