If any corp is going through months of legal work
and spending over $10m or more just to pay us $90m plus 50% over the next few years.in a BK Court not just them but even others are gladly willing to pay over a Billion to have the whole pot.
And there is not much liabilities.
So, IMO you may get more money in a year or so in case of a BK.
