I think it has to be above a penny for the 30 days prior to uplistimg to the OTCQB, but I could be wrong. I think the whole uplisting as the next step is a moot point anyway (IMO).

Dalton has said "PR will make new beginnings" and he can put out news regardless of Pink sheets or NASDAQ.

I'm sure he'd like to get to the big boards but we've got to get the price up first.
