If you read the requirements for OTCQB it states to hold over .01 for 30days. Done deal. Obviously if they have some share structuring and call in buys only would hinder the PPS and common trading. Everyone wants a deal so it’s hard to buy shares when you can vs calling in every time. That’s just me.

So if it would drop below .01 because of such actions I believe it would be excused. Also it doesn’t require to stay above .01 all the time? Or just 30days? Hmmmm...
