Hey toodles!
Does a company need an audit on the pink sheets...No. And...the SEC has (in sworn writing) our financials from the Reg-A.
Would an audit regain SB's "credibility" that was lost by not doing the promised audit 2 yrs ago (and a host of other things) You Betcha'!
We're grossing $6M/year...on the Pinks! Our net profit is almost 200% higher than our market cap...why are we @ 0002/3...? IMO...the market has lost confidence in SB & they are "unsure" what is real & what isn't. The Reg-A cost the company $25K & hasn't been used...so what would another $25K that went toward an audit do for the company...probably a helluva' lot more...&...if the goal is still to move up to the next OTC tier...then audits & fully reporting will be needed anyway. So...I'm on the audit train now...not so much to prove the accuracy of our filings...but to instill market confidence.
