I think an audit would be great and answer a lot of questions - but, I'm not sure it is high on Berman's "to do' list. I really don't think dividends will happen anytime soon. How could he ever justify paying out dividends while making "pay day" loans?

We should know SOON if he has been successful in his efforts to sign a deal with an insurance company.
