Yes, the dollars derived from dilution is lower ONLY because the share price is lower......that's it.
This is 110% incorrect unfortunately......

Dilution is ONLY from past debt owed...nothing to do with today or anything with today's operations.....only thing current is the CD holder is converting at an alarming pace to recoup all the money owed to them because SFOR lost all the court cases.....that's it.....
