If the company needs X amount of dollars per month and gets them from dilution, then they need to dilute more shares when the pps is lower to get the same number of dollars..
My point is that irregardless how many shares are being diluted, the number of dollars derived from diluting has been lower the past couple months, meaning the company needed less dollars from dilution than before.
Hopefully they will not need to dilute at all, at some point in the near future.
