I think you’re accurate in your assessment. The NBA expired at the 6 week mark and NP says the partners due diligence was successful. This doesn’t explain why the deal wasn’t complete at the 6 week mark as promised, but he clearly states that the BP’s due diligence was successful and that CYDY is a few weeks away from signing a final agreement.
