In reading again Nader's letter I am not sure if he is saying that the 6 weeks Non-binding agreement was good (6 weeks went by and the due diligence were SUCCESSFUL) and now they are working in a "final" agreement, meaning binding??.

Am I reading too much into this or the non-binding agreement is still being worked out?

In any case, NP's letter is reassuring. I see he is working on Sunday and appreciate the fact that he does not have to answer mails form us shareholders.
