No, imo you are wrong. Without NP, the mono science would have been abandoned. So no that science would not exist now. Heck, even the creator of pro 140 didn't believe in the science of mono! NP is swinging for the fences, no other CEO would have, against those odds. If mono is approved, he will be vindicated... home run hit.
