Pourhassan should be replaced for these, and many other reasons.
I, for one, have lost all trust in Pourhassan.
Once lost, trust is very difficult to restore, and in my eyes, can never be restored in the case of Pourhassan.
The board has a fiduciary duty to replace an incompetent CEO, and Pourhassan is inept and incompetent in my opinion.
If the board fails to act in the best interests of the company, we, as the owners, should replace the board.
