Div delayed as Joe wants value to be inherent in added shares. Not interested in 200 shares at $1 instead of 100 shares at $2. Anticipating uplist?
Timeline for uplist unclear to me. Sounds like goal is to uplist by new ex-div date.
Altucell deal to be announced next 7-10 days; 20% cash, 80% stock. Joe said he would do no stock deal lower than $2.50 per share.
Tom Barnard was on call. Asked about earnings? (not sure) for 2020. Joe said $250M.
