1) Generex was a member of the NASDAQ in good standing with recent NASDAQ stock price over $2 for 90 day plus
2) The NASDAQ may be flexible with criteria for past members
3) GNBT Management expects to show a very positive 10K
4) therefore ...... excellent chance NASDAQ will use discretion to allow GNBT to re-join NASDAQ
No guarantees ....... but Joe sounded very positive.
