Hard to tell what will happen. Dividend could be delayed if no substantial news or Nasdaq delay. Increasing float could trigger sell-off. People shorting may also hold position qualifying for dividend. They could dump dividend and lower price quickly, take profit and cover short position. We need confirmed deals, new investors, investment banking and institutional support to go higher. If Nasdaq approved and listed we need to be able to maintain it too !!
