If the markets where completely efficient there wouldn't be any investment opportunities. Period.
Those who have more “information” profit from the markets, the others “feed them”.
Information come in many ways, purely technical, future applications, improvements, lack of competition, unmet needs, new technological discoveries, marketing inefficiencies and so on.
The real homeruns (pardon my baseball analogy) come frequently with new technologies. I believe we have one in our hands, CCR5 has been documented left and right, it does participate in the HIV process. Lero suppresses it and does not have significant secondary adverse effects.
The question is: is it superior to whatever is in the market? Does it have medical utility? can It be produced at lower cost than selling price? If so, how much can be sold?
I am not telling you the obvious (by some postings it would seem that some don’t get it), but if the answer yes to some of these questions, please take a piece of paper and calculate how much is the SP worth (I am looking only at combo), and, make a decision. Make your model as sophisticated as you want to make you happy when deciding how much you want to own.
If the answer is no, there are thousands of opportunities out there to put your money to work. But, whatever you do, please don’t invest and then start to whine. It is like going to paradise crying.
NP is not doing a perfect job. He has made mistakes, but, hell, please don’t forget we are here because of him not in spite of him. Replacing him (least now) is nonsensical and, for those of us invested, a very bad business decision. He will take us to the goal (combo), and, hopefully much further latter on.
Keep cool and relax, some of us will retire on CYDY … and go Nationals go !!!
