This is a statement built on the assumption that the "market" is some sort of fair gold standard of value.
I could buy that if I didn't see this happen every day.. Example biotech today, apop, 40c yesterday, hit $2.61 today, $1.80 right now. If the market is a gold standard of value, how can that happen? Why was it 40c yesterday? The market is inefficient at evaluating stock.
