KB is a shrewd business man, so I think he'll do a good job in negotiating for DECN. In my opinion, KB is motivated to settle this ahead of the judgement and so is J&J. I don't think any of us want this to drag out for another year or more.

And this may mark the first time I have disagreed with you Dirk. Most of the NOBOs who are complaining are not at all invested in the process. all they care about is share price and revenge. All IMO.
