It was 20 to 1 for all outstanding shares, so the PPS got adjusted accordingly...I think the PPS got divided by 21 after the dividend.
This time is different, because the dividend is not on all shares...only 24 to 25 million of the 44 million outstanding shares will get dividend, so the PPS should not be cut by half after the dividend. If you just use straight math, the % gain for people who own dividend eligible shares would be approximately 28% if the exchange handle the PPS adjustment correctly.
