Totally agree with what you said about Joe. Joe has shown a lot of patience and restraint when addressing the issues that the members of this board have been trying to get answers for ($2, uplisting, dividends, etc.).

He is not panicking. When he posts, he is showing a lot of discipline when it comes to SEC rules of public disclosure.
I notice he usually calls a CC so he can address the issues as best as he can and publicly. I know he makes mistakes. But I can see he is trying very hard to right the wrong that the old management has done to the long term shareholders.

I own a boatload of GNBT since 2005. Never sold a single share. I didn't take advantage of the 1:20 div because I was too scared to pour more money into the company. But I participated in all the subsequent dividend offerings since.

I am thankful that Joe is the CEO. He has vision and it's going to take some time to execute his big plans.
I expect to recover all my losses and more, much more.

Joe has shown he cares and I can trust him. After all, I've already given up on my GNBT investment until Joe took over as CEO.
