I think a settlement in the tune of $25 million more or less within the next 30 to 60 days would only be part of the prize. Perhaps the better part of settling the case would be that DECN can ink a licensing deal with a very good partner. Plus, there would be enough cash to move the TBG products through the FDA.

I think J&J is going to be J&J, so I’d be happy to get through this and continue to build the company.
