If Decn was hurt to the tune of $350 million as Mr. Berman stated, and the case is settled for $25 million, then there is no real incentive for JnJ to stop their unscrupulous behavior. In addition this case has been going on for years, not 90 days. Personally I'd like Decn to be awarded enough money to be able to launch their TBG products. Just my opinion....
