As I’ve said publically, the last Q we comply with all the major areas, shareholder equity and assets, as stated we just need this confirmed in a full audit which is the k, if last k was compliant which it wasn’t for both we wouldn’t need this k but we were minus -43 million shareholder equity, assets neither met requirement, our last Q we blew past those criteria areas, but again nasdaq will not accept a q review.
