Here's what needs to be known regarding uplisting. Now that the daily pps has closed below $2:
Does the uplisting to NASDAQ stock reset?
Does it reset for 90 days or 5 days? (I have seen it posted both ways.)
The PPS was obviously manipulated to close below $2? Does that factor into NASDAQ's decisions?
Is Generex in the process or have they met all the other uplisting requirements?
Can Donohoe provide a generic statement that addresses the close below $2?
What concerns mgmt. and MMPJoe the most given yesterday's close?
Does yesterday's close change the priorities and initiatives established by Generex?
Does yesterday's close impact any ongoing negotiations with potential assets, development of clinical trials, or promised dividends?
What is Generex' next move?
