The Sec reviews every documents thats required / submitted. Part of the process includes the $4/3 or 2 requirement .........i can not imagine they would just look at numbers and not include duediligence / MM manipulation before they make their final decion. I think we will be k being this close. If we can observe the scam they should too !!!
