If it’s in the best interest of me and the company that’s correct if it’s in the best interest of me to push the stock up and keep it past 2.00 to skirt a listing requirement, no that would be illegal, and if you have information that is not public like acquisitions you haven’t closed or announced yet that also would be illegal insiders buying.
