Winger, Joe and the insiders can purchase through a systematic routine purchasing program, but not a one off to try to prop up the price to keep it above the two dollars. However that being said, Joe has been working for free essentially for two years so I don’t know where he’s going to come up with the extra money to personally buy shares. Joe as he said on a conference call he’s waiting for his payday after he succeeds for all of us.
