What does that tell you when they are NOT concerned, and the share price mysteriously stays above 2 every single night, when in other times it would never have stayed above 2?

I get the feeling Joe is aware that the uplist will be instituted and then the dividend paid, even if they have to delay the process. What confuses me is the lack of concern about keeping the share price over $2.00. Some on this board are fighting to keep it above that price, but I don't see any insider's filing forms showing they're support.
