I get the feeling Joe is aware that the uplist will be instituted and then the dividend paid, even if they have to delay the process. What confuses me is the lack of concern about keeping the share price over $2.00. Some on this board are fighting to keep it above that price, but I don't see any insider's filing forms showing they're support. I am in know way saying they have a responsibility to do it, but self preservation should be obvious.
