No need to leave the board because others disagree with you, especially if you truly believe the persons stirring the pot are just trolls. Most of the regulars here don't take the time to give a "thumbs up" to most of the posts here because you basically have the same people making the same points based on their opinion.

I have told you offline that I value your enthusiasm and medical background, but I'm just not convinced that this is a slam dunk because of many other factors that will need to line up to make this a successful investment. Some label me a troll for expressing that opinion when it differs from them, but I honestly don't care what they think. I'd rather be skeptical and be wrong. If I don't agree and give you the thumbs down (which I wouldn't), who cares. It's nothing personal, that's just a statement based on my personal interpretation of the information I'm receiving.
