I agree that everything on that front "sounds" good, but I remember when the BLA was going to be in in July. Then I remember when September was worst case for the BLA. Now it's November/December because we're "victims of our own success" - despite the fact that they had to know they wouldn't have the safety data until late October, and the stability data flub is completely on NP and the company for lack of foresight.
I'll be the first to applaud him when he actually gets the deal signed, provided that it either contains the necessary up front cash or enables the company to very quickly raise the needed working capital through other palatable means. In the meantime, I maintain that mismanagement and poorly thought out raises have the share price where it is now. So I'm still a bit salty.
All in the same boat though. I'm still extremely long here and expecting a good outcome, I'm just very tired of the same old same old from our management team.
