Probably get a letter or email, maybe a PR with contact info to reach out if interested. Might have to be an accredited investor, hopefully open to any shareholder.. Money goes directly to NGIO(or whatever it will be called). Pay less for the shares but may be restricted to selling in distant future. More than one way so we'll get more details eventually.
