Well, I don't mean to make it sound like all we have to do is wait a few days.... I mean to sound like I really don't care as much.
If it dips, and NGIO spins, we will blow $2 out of the water.
If it dips, and 10k shows any significant revenue, we will blow $2 out of the water.
If it dips, and revs come from any new initiatives in the next 10Q, we will blow $2 out of the water.
etc...
If we go below $2 because of trading or a mis-handling of the 1:1 div, it is a buying opportunity. I believe there are too many ways for this company to succeed now, and a big drop in price wouldn't last long.
If we miss the $2 mark now, all the rest of the met criteria will stay in that condition, and the market will check the $2 box... and we will uplist.
