You make it sound as if all we would have to do if it dips below $2 is wait a few more days. Not true, from what I read. Officially, we would have to reset the clock and wait another 90 days.
I did think Joe was playing dumb during Emily's question period, especially when he said he had never thought of the possibility of the dividend taking us below 2 before the Nasdaq uplisting is approved. Really I find that hard to believe that he never thought of that. Poor Emily tried every way she could to get him to answer the damn question.
My take is he knows something he can't say. He knows that the order of things will be uplist first, then followed by dividend. And if necessary, he can make that happen by postponing the dividend, which he actually mentioned.
