If you're going to keep your eye on PTOI, look at its history. There were two previous 'sales' deals which each lasted a few years before vanishing for mysterious reasons without any processor actually being sold.

PTOI is basically telling investors that they're selling processors which they've never been able to run themselves for any length of time and for which their 'flagship' has been sitting broken for about six years. PTOI has never shown any evidence that the processors are worthwhile to run in any capacity and investors are supposed to believe that the company has found real customers willing to pay millions of dollars each for the processors?? The previous two 'customers' were somewhat newly created LLCs with few or no identifiable assets.

Look at the math to see how much even the lowest grade of scrap plastic costs and see if you can make the numbers work on creating diesel from scrap plastic. 'Waste' plastic is a misnomer as plastic separated from the waste stream has value to recyclers.

Do your research well before jumping into PTOI so it doesn't become an expensive lesson.
