That is my understanding ER....I suppose it could also be post 6 weeks too....meaning they were unable to work out a couple minor details and extended the response period. Who knows, but I expect it to end well for current shareholders once announced.

Anyone know if CytoDyn is restricted from talking with other BPs during this period?......I would guess at least for the indication and market included in the NBA? Meaning they couldn't discuss deals with other BP for US HIV, but could pursue other regions for HIV or US TNBC for example.
